Located in the heart of historic Gastown, Cork & Fin celebrates the bounty of the sea and the need for drink..ing. Born in the winter of 2010, our lovely restaurant plays on brick laden walls, antique mother of pearl banisters, and iron wood tables to provide a relaxed and romantic setting for everyday dining or the most special of occasions. We feel that charm and comfortability is what we focus our game on here at Cork & Fin. Our setting leads and lends itself to our cuisine of international seafood and farm items. Seafood Towers, Dungeness Crab Gazpacho, and Seared Arctic Char play contrast to our Braised Short Ribs and Pig Buns.
