In the spring of 2010, Cork & Fin discovered a slice of historic Gastown at 221 Carrall St. just off of the entrance to the infamous Blood Alley. Owner Francis Regio transformed one of Vancouver’s oldest spaces into a haven for those looking for Market Fresh Seafood at an approachable price point. Cork & Fin offers casual dining whether it be on the Raw Bar for fresh shucked oysters, dining on the main level with friends or privacy on the semi-private mezzanine.

Come and enjoy one of our many share plate items such as our Seafood Tower, oysters on the half shell, chilled mussels and clams, peel & eat prawns, and Dungeness crab. There is also a seasonal $35 Prix Fixe Menu, three courses, offering three courses all to yourself or shared with a friend. The full bar offers a great selection of White, Red. Champagne and Sparkling wines by the glass to help refresh your palate or choose from one of our signature cocktails from our full service bar.

Our restaurant features a spacious exposed brick main dining room, while the semi- private mezzanine cantilevers over the Oyster bar. Please see the following chart for minimums.
